Brooklyn Nine-Nine Gets the Back Nine

Fox Broadcasting Company just announced today that Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been picked up for the back nine episodes bringing it to a full 22-episode season! And if that is not great enough, Brooklyn Nine-Nine will also join New Girl for a special one-hour event after Super Bowl XLVIII airing Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014!

This is amazing vote of confidence. Earlier this month Brooklyn Nine-Nine was given an order for additional scripts, but the show and its fans anxiously awaited news for Fox to give it a full-season pick-up. Being part of Super Bowl Sunday is just a feather in the cap for this brilliant comedy.

Congratulations to the creators, writers, cast and crew!
