Sneak Peeks of The Bet: Brooklyn Nine-Nine S1E13

Hello, all you new Brooklyn Nine-Nine viewers! I'm glad the two Golden Globe trophies helped you find the best new comedy on TV, because we don't want anyone to miss out on this fun! And I hope everyone is caught up on the show, because the contest between Jake Peralta and Amy Santiago ends tonight! For a spoiler-free, complete breakdown of the scoreboards, check out my post "Peralta vs. Santiago - Who Will Win?"

SPOILER ALERT: If you don't want to know who wins - stop reading and just tune into the show without seeing any Brooklyn Nine-Nine commercials.

Now speak up if I missed one, but the last time we saw an arrest scoreboard update it was Peralta 68 vs. Santiago 67 in "48 Hours." And all you Brooklyn99ers proved me wrong, because I thought for sure that Santiago would win because it would draw out the chase, it could be a running joke if she won his car, Peralta's over-dramatic reaction would be hilarious, and Santiago kicks ass! But with 149 votes in my poll, 71% of you said Peralta would win.

Great deductive work, Brooklyn99ers! And here's how he does it...

And date night wouldn't be as much fun if there wasn't a great dress, a great half (?) of a tux and rules, rules, rules.

Okay, this bet has ended. Will we see another one soon? Well, you can bet on one thing. This show is playing for keeps, and hopefully a season two announcement is just around the corner. [5/10/14 Update: Done. Brooklyn Nine-Nine scored a second season! And see more of "The Bet" action with promo photos. Trust me; you will thank me for these pics!]
